• 20 - 30 minutes of physical activity (i.e. walking, jogging, climbing stairs, weight lifting, elliptical, etc.) minimum of 3 times a week for the four week treatment duration. The pore in the fat cell stays open for 50-72 hours after each session. Fat left in interstitial space after this time gets reabsorbed. This fat can be used for fuel, so make sure and take advantage of this phenomenon by exercising within a few days following your treatment.
